Cancellation / Returns and Refunds Policy.

CANCELLATION Policy : If any candidates after purchase wants to CANCEL a course, he/she can send a mail to info@speakopediagroup.com with Subject line “CANCEL” and mention the details in the body of the mail why they want to cancel the course. Once we receive the email, within 48 hours the candidate will receive a callback and further steps(including changing course/refund etc) will be inititated.

REFUND Policy : We have a 7-Day Refund Policy. Candidates can initiate a REFUND by sending an email within a maximum of 7 days from the Date of the First Payment of Fees/Date of Admission. To get a Refund, candidates need to send an Email to info@speakopediagroup.com. Candidate should explain the details clearly why they want a Refund in the body of the email. The SUBJECT line in the email should be “REFUND”. Candidates Must send Email from the email id which they provided at the time of Enrolment to the course. Once we receive the mail, we will process the refund in next 15 days from date of receiving the email. 

Mode of Refund : Once Refund is approved by the Management, the candidate will be contacted and asked to share Cancel Cheque/Bank details in our Email id info@speakopediagroup.com

Refund will be done via IMPS/NEFT.
