Cancellation Policy
If any candidates, after purchase, want to CANCEL a course, they can send an email to info@speakopediagroup.com with the subject line “CANCEL” and mention the details in the body of the email explaining why they want to cancel the course. Once we receive the email, the candidate will receive a callback within 48 hours, and further steps (including changing the course or refund process) will be initiated.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-Day Refund Policy. Candidates can initiate a refund request by sending an email within a maximum of 7 days from the Date of the First Payment of Fees/Date of Admission.
To request a refund, candidates must send an email to info@speakopediagroup.com, clearly explaining the reason for the refund in the body of the email. The subject line of the email should be “REFUND.” Candidates must send the email from the email ID provided at the time of course enrollment.
Once we receive the email, we will process the refund within 15 days from the date of receiving the email.
Mode of Refund
Once the refund is approved by the management, the candidate will be contacted and asked to share their Cancel Cheque/Bank Details via email at info@speakopediagroup.com.
Refunds will be processed via IMPS/NEFT.
Important Notes
- We DO NOT issue any certificates, jobs, placements, or job offers.
- We DO NOT train individuals below the age of 18 years. All our students are adult learners.
