    • No verbal or phone-based refund requests will be accepted

    • Refund request must be sent from the same email ID used at the time of purchase

    • The course must not be completed or fully downloaded

    • A valid proof of payment must be attached

    • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 15 business days from the date the email is received

    • Refunds are not applicable after 7 days from the date of the first payment of fees

  3. Our services are intended for users who are 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Participants below 18 years of age are not eligible to enroll in any of our programs unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

  4. Student Responsibilities:

    • No physical books shall be provided.

    • Students must not post any opinions (positive, neutral, or negative) about our organization or trainers on social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Quora) without our explicit written permission.

    • All training materials and instruction provided by Speakopedia—including any lessons or study content—are strictly confidential and intended solely for enrolled students. Any unauthorized publication or disclosure of such materials or information may result in legal action.

    • Screen recording or video recording of any of our classes is strictly prohibited.

    • Students must not share their personal details (mobile number, email, etc.) with any other student.

  5. You agree not to:

    • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data

    • Copy, modify, or distribute content from the site without written permission

  6. Speakopedia does not provide any certificate of completion unless explicitly mentioned in writing for a specific program. We do not guarantee any job offers, placements, internships, or employment opportunities through our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings. Your success depends on your personal effort, skill level, and commitment.

  7. All content, logos, graphics, videos, texts, and other materials on this site are the property of Speakopedia and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  8. All prices for our digital courses, coaching, and services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue services at any time without notice.
